The strapline reads “Roofing done right the first time” because that is the only thing worth charging for. A roof that needs a second visit is a roof that was not done properly. Most of our work comes by word of mouth from neighbours and previous customers, and that economy only holds if the work holds.
How we work
We turn up when we say we will, on a date you have agreed to in writing. The first call is free advice with no obligation. The inspection is free. The quote is itemised, fixed, and sent the same week. We work between 06:00 and 20:00, seven days a year, because roofs do not check the calendar before they leak.

What we install
We are an approved installer for five separate manufacturer programmes:
- BBA for general roofing system compliance under BS 5534.
- Marley for concrete and clay tile, dry-fix systems and the full BBA-tested range.
- VELUX for roof window installation and flashing detail.
- Andura for roof coatings and biocide treatment.
- CURE IT for GRP fibreglass flat roof systems.
Approved-installer status is not a logo on a flyer. It means a manufacturer has trained and audited us against their installation standards, and the warranty they issue on the materials only holds if we follow those standards. We do.
How we are backed
Every roof we install comes with a 10-year workmanship guarantee from us, backed by our membership in the Federation of Master Builders and an insurance-backed guarantee through Q Assure. The materials carry their own manufacturer warranties, ranging from 15 years on entry-level concrete tile up to 75 years on premium ranges. If something fails because of how we built it, you get a like-for-like fix at no charge, in writing, no exception.
We hold £5 million public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. We are CIS-registered and we issue compliant invoices to homeowners, landlords, letting agents and developers. The paperwork is held to the same standard as the roofing.
Who you are talking to
Most contact comes in by phone. The first ring is answered within three rings during 06:00 to 20:00 hours. The senior roofer who comes out to your site is the same person who quotes the work and who runs the install. There is no handover between sales and trade. There is no “the man who did your survey is unfortunately no longer with us” problem. We turn up.
The thing about roofing that does not get said often enough is that a roof is sold once but pays back for thirty years. The cheapest job today is rarely the cheapest job over the life of the roof. We exist because we have seen what happens when corners get cut, and we charge the price that lets us not cut them.
